High-capacity autonomous mowing
The PUDU GT5 is a commercial robotic mower built for large-scale grounds care. It combines a 60-inch rotary cutting deck with autonomous mowing, vacuuming and collection, extended 8–10 hour operation, precision positioning and remote fleet management.
One-Pass Cutting & Collection
The GT5 cuts, vacuums and collects grass clippings, fallen leaves and light turf debris simultaneously during large-scale rotary mowing. The continuous system is designed to leave the field spotless without secondary cleanups or follow-up crews.
Auto-Dump & Task Resumption
The GT5 autonomously transits to empty its hopper when full, then returns precisely to the breakpoint to continue its task without requiring operator intervention.
Extended Run-time
The GT5 provides up to 10 hours of continuous operation and covers up to 16 acres on a single charge, supporting large-scale workflows without mid-day charging disruptions.
60-Inch Wide-area Mowing
A rugged 60-inch rotary cutting deck delivers a target efficiency of 2 acres per hour, increasing acreage coverage and speeding up daily workflows.
Multi-sensor Fusion & Precision Positioning
By merging RTK, LiDAR and vision systems, the GT5 delivers pinpoint positioning and stable navigation. The supplied brochure specifies ±2.5 cm RTK accuracy.
Auto Mapping & Rapid Deployment
The GT5 autonomously explores the field to generate precision operational maps. Online or satellite imagery can be combined to geofence target areas and reduce manual perimeter mapping.
Autonomous Cross-Zone Transit
The GT5 moves between different pitches or turf zones along pre-mapped routes, automatically transiting and resuming mowing on arrival.
Precision Tracking & Edge Trim
High-precision positioning keeps the GT5 on a stable path to mow within 5 cm of edges, minimising uncut borders.
Adaptive Obstacle Avoidance
The GT5 recognises pedestrians, vehicles and assets such as hoses or light poles and can slow down, bypass or stop according to risk level.
Active Anti-Fall Protection
The GT5 detects dangerous drop-offs including water shorelines, steps and steep embankments. With digital no-go zones it can reroute or brake.
All-Metal Chassis with IP66 Weatherproofing
Engineered with heavy-duty steel and an all-metal chassis rated IP66 for demanding commercial schedules and outdoor environments.
Remote Fleet Management
Managers can track live location, task progress and system health remotely, with error notifications intended to reduce manual on-site checks.
