Innovative Mowing Solutions

PUDU GT7

Precision autonomous reel mowing for professional sports turf and golf courses.

Precision-cut autonomous reel mowing

The PUDU GT7 is a precision-cut robotic reel mower designed for professional sports turf and golf-course applications. Its triplex cutting system, floating cutting units, advanced pattern control, multi-sensor positioning and 4WD traction are combined with long autonomous run-time and remote fleet management.

Multi-sensor Fusion & Precision Positioning

By merging RTK, LiDAR and vision systems, the GT7 delivers pinpoint positioning and stable navigation. Its ±2.5 cm RTK accuracy is presented as enabling fully automated, hands-free operation.

Precision Mowing & Advanced Pattern Control

The GT7 supports configurations for cutting angles, directional rotation and lane offsets. This enables automated path planning for professional-grade turf striping intended to meet the standards of professional athletic fields.

Autonomous Cross-Zone Transit

The GT7 moves between different pitches or turf zones along pre-mapped internal routes. It automatically transits and resumes mowing on arrival, allowing a single unit to cover multiple sports fields.

Broad Coverage, Tight-Space Agility

With a wide 62-inch triplex cutting unit, the GT7 combines broad cutting coverage with tight-space agility, allowing it to move through narrow, twisting paths across complex sports-field layouts.

4WD Traction, Conquer Uneven Turf

A robust 4WD system and 30° climbing capability provide traction across steep slopes and rolling terrain, supporting autonomous coverage across uneven turf.

Low-Noise Electric Operation

The all-electric chassis is designed for quiet operation. The brochure states that disabling the suction motor in non-collection mode allows near-silent mowing during early mornings, evenings and active facility hours.

Extended Run-time

The GT7 provides up to 12 hours of continuous operation and covers up to 17 acres on a single charge in non-collection mode, supporting large-scale workflows without mid-day charging disruptions.

Boosted Vacuum Collection

A dual-fan vacuum system pulls grass clippings, fallen leaves and light debris into a large hopper, with the brochure describing a spotless sports field after a single pass.

Dual-Mode Flexibility

The GT7 supports standard mowing or active grass collection depending on turf conditions. During collection, bin-full detection and automatic task resumption are designed to minimise human intervention.

Contour-Following Floating Cutting Units

Three independently floating cutting units closely track ground contours. The articulated suspension is designed to maintain consistent height of cut across undulating sports turf, with Pitch 20.5°, Yaw 10° and Roll 14° ranges.

Auto-Dump & Task Resumption

When the hopper is full, the GT7 autonomously transits to empty it and then returns precisely to the breakpoint to continue its task without requiring operator intervention.

360° Omnidirectional Awareness

By fusing surround-view RGB, RGBD, ultrasonic sensors and 3D LiDAR, the GT7 maintains continuous spatial awareness of its surrounding environment.

Adaptive Obstacle Avoidance

The GT7 uses multi-sensor data and AI vision algorithms to recognise turf boundaries, pedestrians and vehicles, then executes stop, wait or bypass protocols in unpredictable environments.

Remote Fleet Management

Managers can track live location, task progress and system health remotely. Instant error notifications are intended to minimise manual on-site checks and optimise operational efficiency.

Toolless Dial-In Height Adjustment

A streamlined adjustment knob allows quick Height-of-Cut selection. Operators can change cutting heights without tools, simplifying daily setup.
